Chicago & Minnesota Suppliers’ Nights Recap

October was a busy month for the Fuchs team, with Suppliers’ Nights for the Minnesota and Chicago IFT sections. In addition to connecting with customers, we showed several yummy snacks at our booth. Crafted by Associate Food Scientist Brian Swing, these snack seasonings made the Fuchs booth the place to be. Among our most popular showings were:

Senegalese Style Tamarind & Coconut Snack Nuts from the African Exploration Collection – Sweet, sour and rich with umami, tamarind is an indigenous plant of tropical Africa and a significant ingredient in Senegalese cuisine. We combined this unique ingredient with coconut, another popular component of African cuisine, for an exciting and versatile profile.

Chipotle Caramel Popcorn from the Game Day Glory III Collection – Smoky chipotle peppers with a touch of heat comes together with sweet and buttery caramel to create a fun topping for popcorn, roasted nuts, crackers or other snacks!

Southwest Snacks 8Creamy Southwest Veggie Straws from the Summer Sensations CollectionNot only is this a flavorful blend of tangy buttermilk and cool sour cream, perfectly balanced with fragrant spices and robust peppers for a touch of heat, but it’s also organic certifiable and non-GMO project compliant.
