The collection’s 4 distinctive and flavorful seasonings feature innovative takes on foods and flavors popular in Germany.

Among the collection’s offerings are seasonings and blends for proteins, sides and dairy. These items are also the starting point for food manufacturers and foodservice establishments to develop their own unique signature product offerings, with Fuchs’ culinary specialists at their side.

In introducing the collection, Shannon Cushen, Fuchs’ director of marketing, explained the strategy behind the collection. “As the demand for authentic foods and flavors from around the world continues to increase rapidly, we’ve noticed that cuisines from around Europe have been making gains in foodservice and retail. It’s all about being able to get to experience other cultures, without having to leave the comfort of your home or hometown,” she observes.

“With this collection, we also wanted to celebrate our company’s rich history, which has its roots in Germany. Dieter Fuchs founded the Fuchs Gruppe in Dissen, Germany, selling spices off of the back of his bicycle in 1952, and we’re proud to be part of this company as it has grown to be the largest privately held seasoning and spice manufacturer. As Germany celebrates Oktoberfest, we wanted to raise a glass to our heritage with this collection,” Cushen adds.

Perfect for brats, burgers, pork and sandwiches, our Horseradish Mustard Sauce Seasoning is a lively mixture of spicy horseradish and mustard, which join forces to help give you a kick of intense flavor.

Fuchs North America Announces New Additions to Management Team

January 10, 2018  – Fuchs North America, a leading maker of seasonings, flavor systems and taste solutions for the food manufacturing, retail and foodservice industries, announces the appointments of Derrick Epley as the company’s new director of operations, and Marty Lev as the company’s new director of supply chain.

As director of operations, Epley is responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations, as well as implementing and optimizing production processes.

Prior to joining Fuchs North America, Epley most recently held the role of assistant plant manager at Dairy Farmers of America. Epley previously held operations and production management roles at Nestle, Starbucks and Amazon.

Epley holds a BS in Information Systems with an emphasis on Industrial Science from Western Kentucky University.

As director of supply chain, Lev is responsible for developing and optimizing supply chain processes, including procurement and planning.

Prior to joining Fuchs North America, Lev held the role of director of global planning and procurement for Medifast, Inc., where he was successful in improving planning processes and generating cost savings. Lev previously spent five years as the director of procurement at Williams Scotsman, where he created a structured procurement program to support more than 90 branches in 3 countries. He also held operations and supply chain management roles at Givaudan Flavors prior to that.

Lev holds a DBA in Supply Chain Management from Argosy University and an MBA in Corporate Finance from University of Baltimore.
