Our Heritage … Our Strength

Although we’re part of the worldwide Fuchs Group, you may also know us as Baltimore Spice.  That’s because our company began as Baltimore Spice, Inc. all the way back in 1939. 

Through early success and steady organic growth, we outgrew our first facilities in downtown Baltimore and moved to our present headquarters facilities in 1959, with additional major expansions completed in 1979 and 2010.

In addition, we opened a processing facility in Grand Forks, ND in 1971, giving us manufacturing capabilities in both the eastern and western portions of the country.

Throughout our entire history as a company, we’ve remained focused on superlative R&D, unsurpassed product quality, and controlling production processes and product deliveries down to the smallest details, such as:
